The unit has 2. Bay count is a shift-planning decision rather than a comfort one: a fleet that charges overnight needs one bay per radio, while a fleet running two shifts on rotated batteries needs fewer.
Input is 12 V DC / 2 A. Chargers belong outside any classified area — they are almost never certified for hazardous atmospheres — and in cold-store operations they belong in the warm part of the building, because charging a very cold lithium pack damages it.
Operating temperature range is 0℃ ~ 45℃.
