Which documents are needed to add TechnoRF to our supplier list?
Typically: Hytera authorised dealer certificate, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301, 10002, 26000 and 31000 certificates, trade registry record and tax certificate, signature circular and reference list. All can be provided; send us the list you need.
What stages does a radio project go through?
Seven: requirement analysis, site survey and RF coverage assessment, system design and frequency plan, BTK licence application where required, installation and programming, coverage verification measurement, and handover with user training. Periodic maintenance then begins.
What documents are handed over at the end of a project?
System architecture diagram, channel and talkgroup plan, device-to-user mapping list by serial number, coverage verification report, copies of the BTK licence and application file where applicable, user guide and maintenance plan.
Do you work throughout Türkiye?
Yes. The head office is in Ataşehir, Istanbul and field work is carried out nationwide. The 48 published reference projects span provinces across the country.
Can you take over maintenance of our existing radio system?
Yes. The existing system is inventoried, the channel plan and licence status are reviewed, device service history is assessed and a maintenance plan is proposed. Inventory and coverage assessment can also be carried out for systems from other manufacturers.
