About Us

TechnoRF is a radio communication systems company based in Ataşehir, Istanbul. It is the Hytera distributor and authorised technical service centre for Türkiye. It sells, engineers, installs, programmes, maintains and services analogue, DMR, DMR Tier III, TETRA, PoC and ATEX/Exproof radio systems.

We build systems. A communication requirement is not solved with a shopping list. Site size, building structure, user count, the number of groups that must talk at the same time and the security requirements all determine the technology. Work starts with a site survey and RF coverage analysis, continues with system design and frequency planning, and ends with installation and commissioning.

We keep systems running. In critical communications the real cost is not the purchase — it is the outage. Periodic maintenance, channel plan updates, a spare device pool and technical service are therefore part of the project, not an afterthought.

We supply the right equipment. The catalogue holds 139 radio models across nine categories and 545 accessories across eleven. Buying through the authorised channel means the device carries the manufacturer's warranty and that spare parts remain available for years.

Breakdown of the 48 published reference projects:

• Healthcare: 18 organisations — Ministry of Health, seven provincial health directorates, seven hospitals, ambulance and clinical services
• Higher education: 4 records — Atatürk, Mersin, Ondokuz Mayıs and Çukurova (the Ankara and Mersin university hospitals are counted under healthcare)
• Local government and public administration: Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, Bolu Municipality, Uzunköprü Municipality, Karaman Special Provincial Administration
• Disaster and emergency: 5 organisations — AFAD, Karaman AFAD, and the national headquarters and two branches of the Turkish Radio Amateurs Association
• Energy: EÜAŞ and Denizli RWE Enerji
• Agriculture and forestry: Istanbul and Antalya provincial directorates
• Transport, events and industry: Galataport Istanbul, İzmir Fair (İZFAŞ), Sigun Mining and industrial cooperatives

This public-sector weighting is not accidental: public procurement demands specification discipline, documentation and auditable process. That discipline rests on the management system certifications listed on the certificates page.

• Indoor positioning — tracking personnel and equipment where GPS does not work

Professional radio is a product with many cheap imitations. Buying outside the authorised channel carries three risks: the manufacturer's warranty does not apply, spare-part supply is uncertain, and the device's frequency software may not match the Turkish band plan. The last is not merely a technical problem — it is an administrative offence under Law No. 5809 on Electronic Communications.

As the Hytera distributor for Türkiye, TechnoRF sources devices from the manufacturer, programmes them to the Turkish band plan and handles warranty claims through its own service records.
