Manufacturer-quoted battery life is ≥ 12 hours (720p, 30 fps) on the 5/5/90 duty cycle.

Ingress protection is IP68. IP67 and above means the device withstands immersion in one metre of water. The rating only holds if the fitted battery and the accessory jack cover carry the same class; a standard battery lowers the protection of the whole assembly.

Operating temperature range is -20℃ ~ +60℃.

Location support is GPS, BDS, GLONASS, AGPS. Where position reporting will be used, the antenna has to be chosen for it as well: fit an antenna that does not cover the GPS band at 1575 MHz and the radio will communicate perfectly while showing no position on the dispatch screen.

Storage is 3.500 mAh Li-Poly. Actual recording time depends on resolution — 2K recording fills the same memory in roughly half the time 1080p does.

The video format is MP4 (H.264/H.265). Where footage may carry evidential weight, the format matters less than an evidence management system that preserves the integrity of the recording and a record of who accessed it.
