HyTalk MC is the full mission-critical platform: the core that delivers 3GPP MCX services to terminals over LTE and 5G, and connects that world to the PMR estate an organisation already runs.
Full compliance with the 3GPP mission-critical standards — MCPTT, MCData and MCVideo — plus native convergence between MCS and existing PMR systems. Compliance is what makes the platform independent of any single terminal vendor; convergence is what makes it deployable without replacing the radio estate first.
Two-way authentication between the MCS server and MC clients, with AES-256 and support for 3GPP-compliant user-defined algorithms. Two-way matters: a client that authenticates the server as well as being authenticated by it cannot be redirected to an impostor.
Microservice architecture, so services are independent of each other, with load balancing and local cluster deployment for high availability. A fault in one service degrades that service rather than the platform.
Guaranteed quality of service for mission-critical users, at the highest priority at all times. This is the property that separates mission-critical broadband from ordinary broadband PTT — and it requires the network as well as the platform to implement it.
Public LTE and 5G, private networks, or both. Terminals are dual-mode rugged radios or LTE/5G devices running the HyTalk MC application. See private LTE and hybrid networks.
