A body-worn camera estate without a management platform produces recordings nobody can reach in time to act on. HHS is the layer that turns those cameras into a live picture and a searchable record.

The alarm set matters here more than the video. A camera-obstruction alarm and a man-down alarm are lone-worker safety controls that happen to be delivered by the same device.

One server supports 1,000 devices and 1,000 clients, with up to 50 video streams pulled at once. That last figure is the honest constraint of every video platform: streams are not the normal state of the system, they are what you do during an incident. Design around on-demand pull, not continuous streaming.

Deployable on a public, private or local network, with high-capacity storage and data backup. Access over 3G, LTE or WLAN, with ONVIF and RTSP support, and integration with third-party applications including facial recognition, digital evidence management and CCTV.
