Rated capacity is 2400 mAh at 7.4 V. Capacity is the honest figure to compare between packs; quoted operating hours depend on the 5/5/90 duty cycle and fall with high power, analogue mode and cold weather.

Charge cycle life is ≥ 500 cycles. Lithium-ion capacity declines with cycles and with calendar age, so a pack in daily service typically needs replacing every two to three years — before it fails, not after a radio has died mid-shift.

Ingress protection is IP67. The rating of a radio holds only if the fitted battery carries the same class; a lower-rated pack lowers the protection of the whole assembly.

Operating temperature range is 0 ~ 45°C (charge); -20 ~ 60°C (discharge).
