HyTalk Pro is the platform for organisations that will run narrowband and broadband together for years rather than migrating between them.

One number across networks. The application reaches different networks under the same identity, so a user is one person to the system regardless of which layer they are on.

Handover during a call. On Hytera multi-mode terminals, the network changes mid-conversation with near-zero delay and no interruption the user notices.

Unified dialling rules. The same numbering plan applies across HyTalk Pro and the PDT system, so nobody has to learn two ways of calling the same colleague.

Those three together are what separates a converged system from two systems with a bridge between them.

When a user captures a photo or video, the material is sent automatically to the back-end server, and the dispatch position can also pull it on request. For field evidence and for situational awareness this removes the step that is most often skipped under pressure.
