The Hytera AN0350H08 covers 320-380MHz / 1575MHz. An antenna performs to specification only inside its own band: fitting one that does not cover the frequency your organisation is assigned reduces radiated power and raises VSWR, which the radio experiences as lost range rather than as a fault.

The connector is SMA (male). Connector type is a mechanical constraint rather than a preference — it has to match the radio, and an adapter in the path introduces its own loss.

GPS/GLONASS support: Yes. Where position reporting is used, the antenna has to cover the satellite band as well — an antenna without it leaves the radio communicating perfectly and showing no position on the dispatch screen.
